Refund and Return Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit except in limited circumstances as outlined below:
- Refunds will only be considered if there is a documented discrepancy in the item received (e.g., item not as described or damaged).
- Any claim must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item and must include photographic evidence.
- Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and verified by BagClub.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Unauthorized returns or those received outside the specified return period will not be accepted.
